Classic Neahkahnie cottage originally designed and built by Tom Bender needed deck and windows to be replaced in kind - retaining design and original materials.

Favorite bench seat overlooking beach at Neahkahnie needed to be replaced with ipe deck.

Garapa deck built around hot tub - custom built to allow hot tub cover to open and close easily. Pergola built to withstand high winds with see-through poly-roof.
